Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Please note that no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed at less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
